The SSI Equipment Techniques Course teaches you how to choose, maintain and store your Total Diving System. The safest and most comfortable way to dive is in your own properly fitted equipment so knowing how to make the right choices for your SCUBA diving is important, it is an investment so you will want to know how to take care of it. When you know how to maintain and store your equipment you ensure the performance and increase the longevity of your equipment.
This is a land-based speciality where the home study is followed by a practical workshop with your Instructor. You will learn about the history and development of some components. We will also show you how to build the perfect spares kit depending on your diving destination.
