The profile data may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, profile pictures, gender, date of birth, title, completed Medical Questionnaires, Fit to Dive Medicals, Training Agency reference number, details of completed Diving Qualifications. The source of the profile date is you or may be obtained from your entry in the Training Agency system. The profile data may be processed for providing safe and appropriate Diver Training and Education. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the requirement for us to follow Training Agency and HSE Standards.

3.4 We may process any personal data that is provided during the use of our Boat Booking service ("service data”). The service data may include name, contact telephone numbers, and email address. The source of the service data is you. The service data may be processed for the purposes of providing our services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely ensuring we have an accurate record of Boat Bookings in the event of an Incident and to provide an efficient booking service.

3.5 We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services ("enquiry data"). The source of the data is you. The enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing, and selling relevant goods and/or services to you. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely providing you with accurate information.

The customer relationship data may include your name, your contact details, and information contained in communications between us and you. The source of the customer relationship data is you. 4.3 We may disclose your personal data relating to Equipment Purchases to our suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for Special Orders, or Warranty reasons.

4.4 Financial transactions relating to our services are handled by our payment services providers, Stripe, WorldPay (card payments) and NatWest Bank. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. 6. Retaining and deleting personal data

6.1 This Section 6 sets out our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

6.2 Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

6.3 We will retain your personal data as follows:

(a) Paper Training Records and related information will be retained for a period of 10 (ten) years following the date of the last Training event. Electronic Training records will be retained in the Training Agency system indefinitely.

(b) Boat Bookings made through our Website are maintained on an annual basis; associated paper records will be maintained for 5 years as part of the company records.

(c) Transaction records detailing Equipment Purchases and similar activities are retained indefinitely.

6.5 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
