Our monthly 50+ Snorkel and Freediver meets are for those who prefer to snorkel and freedive with others of a similar age. These child free sessions have no upper age limit, snorkelling is great for everyone. Members are still welcome to join the other sessions too but these are specifically for you. Whether you want leisurely exploration or adventure the water around Selsey are included in the Selsey Bill and Hounds Marine Conservation Zone and has an amazing biodiversity of life. Just along the coast we have access to Bognor Rocks at the Aldwick end - both perfect for a spot of exploring and using your skills as a snorkeller or freediver. We however be taking the meets to other locations along the South Coast this year, so be sure to check the location when booking and check out the general meets for all locations. All meets are staffed by Mulberry Marine Experiences. We provide a briefing, advice and surface cover whilst you are in the water, with every member of staff fully first aid trained. Each workshop runs for a maximum of two and half hours. If you do not have a buddy we will introduce you to a buddy for the session. They are open everyone who holds a Snorkel Diver (or equivalent) certification or above. No trained yet, no worries we can provide the Snorkel or Freediver trianing you need. Check out the plans for savings. Equipment hire is included as a benefit to those who have purchased the Unlimited Plan/ Snorkel Club Training Membership. If you prefer to book individual sessions then equipment can be hired - just include a note with your booking and we will reach out to arrange. I do not have a Snorkel Diver or Freediver certification can I join the club sessions? These are designed for people who are already certifed as we are not in the water. We can offer trianing as needed and for 2026 are offering a package to let you train as a snorkeller and join sessions at a special price. How do I know if the Unlimited Plan is the best one for me? If you think you will attend more than 3 sessions in year then the Unlimited Plan will be the best option for you. I want to join the snorkel club meets when you travel further afield is there a price difference? No we charge the same amount however you are responsible for your own travel and accommodation if you need. On these meets there are often chances to have a second session for the same price!
