Fully coached sessions all year round to progress skills and stay active in Winter
Service Description
We know that it can be hard to to get the focus on the your Freediving trianing over the long winter months, or without a regular training buddy. These Freediving coached sessions run all year round at Mulberry Marine Experiences and are designed to give you chances to train in good company. The program consists of 2.5 hours sessions where if conditions are suitable, we will train in the sea, but if that is not possible, we will meet up anyway and train. Using a variety of dry tables, covering CO2 training and 02 training, mobility and stretching sessions, line work practice, rescue practice, breathing/relaxation sessions, guided mediations and of course in water fun your cach will program the sessions to meet your needs. Each session will be instructor led and held at locations around Selsey. The location on the site when booking will work on the basis we will be in the sea. Any changes will be notified in email, so you know where to be and what to bring. Choose to book sessions individually or use the plan option to pay for five sessions and get the sixth free. If you prefer, we will happily run 1:2:1 coaching sessions price on application. Do I have to have a Freediving certification to take part? Yes, you do need to have an SSI Basic Freediver or equivalent certification as a minimum level. Training is available check out the course pages to see what would work best for you. Can I hire equipment? We do have some items available for hire, just drop us an email and we will confirm before you book what is available
Cancellation Policy
Events are weather dependent, with the exception of the Marine Life Walk. Mulberry Marine Experiences will make a final check 36 hours before your event date and advise you if there are any changes. You will be offered an alternative date, refunds will not be given. Events require minimum numbers to run. If an event does not meet minimum numbers you will be offered an alternative date, refunds will not be given. You can request to upgrade to a private event at an additional cost to ensure the event goes ahead on the day and time you booked conditions allowing. If you need to reschedule your date please email the centre who will be happy to move you as requested to your new date choice. No cancellations or reschedules are available in the week before your event is due to take place. Equipment is available to hire but bookings must be placed 72 hours before the event is scheduled to take place. You can book equipment by providing information on the booking form and selecting the appropriate add on option at checkout . Equipment is allocated on a first come first served basis, you will receive a confirmation email of the equipment booked for you. In the event of illness on the day please contact us by email at info@mulberry-me.co.uk before 08:00 on the day of your event/experience or activity. New dates can be agreed but admin and booking fees may apply - please ask for details. For group bookings of five or more please contact the centre to proceed.
